DISPATCH AND SHIPPING

For domestic and international orders, if you wish to determine the estimated delivery time, we recommend utilising Australia Post’s shipping calculator and allowing 1-3 business days for dispatch. A rush fee is available to purchase, which will ensure your items are dispatched within 24 hours.

Dispatch time may vary over holiday periods and will be reflected at checkout.

Upon dispatch, your tracking number will be sent via email to the email address provided during checkout. Please check your junk or spam folders if you encounter difficulties finding the email.

Our products are designed, manufactured, and shipped from Karratha, Western Australia.

COOKI CO CUTS holds no responsibility for any delays, damages, or lost items during the shipping process.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

It's important to note that for international orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes in your country, as these are not included in our shipping fee.

 

COMBINED ORDERS & SHIPPING FEES

We do our best to combine multiple orders into one parcel where possible to save on excess packaging, reduce waste and network congestion.

Please note:

• Shipping on our end is not charged at a flat rate – costs vary based on parcel size, weight, and destination.

• When orders are combined, the parcel size often increases, which can result in higher postage costs, not less.

• We also pay GST and transaction fees on all shipping charges received, which are non-refundable to us.

Because of these factors, we're unable to offer refunds on shipping when orders are combined.
